The threads are then untied and dried. Weaving the fabric The dyed threads are then woven into fabric using a traditional loom. The weaver follows the pattern created by the tied threads, ensuring that the final fabric reflects the desired pattern. Finishing the fabric The final step is to finish the fabric by washing and pressing it to remove any excess dye and to give it a soft and smooth texture.
